I have been looking into getting one of these OEM cards from www.ocie.com, and wanted to hear some feedback about them. The price is great ($115 with a cooling fan on the HS), but I have heard bad stuff about OEM MX cards.

For anyone out there who has them, I have these questions:

1) Does it overclock well? (this is the reason for getting the card with the cooling fan)

2) Are you satisfied with it?

The reason for all of this, is I have heard that some of the OEM cards have higher 7ns memory and the card is actually underclocked to around 143mhz. Is this true with these cards?

Let me know what you think about them . . .

I got the oem version(but didn't have fan on heatsink) from ocie about a month ago. Plugged the card and installed the drivers on the cd...had no problems but didn't try to overclock. I sold the card to my uncle so i can't tell you anymore specifics.

If you're going with OEM, then I suggest you take a look at pricewatch. They are selling the Tornado GeForce 2 mx at a very reasnable 104 dollars. It's second best to Guillemont(Hercules) cards.
