Anyone willing to teach how to smoke a lobster?

Seems like you can't find a lobster with a decent smoke flavor now days. Was thinking about setting up a cooking class to educate them on proper smoking etiquette.

I know it's a parody thread... but I kind of want to know.

I would think being a seafood and a shellfish that lobster would be a bad candidate for smoking; as it seems it would dry it out way too much.
