Anyone who's good with asp want to come in here?

I need someone to make a script for me that would take this page, and make the form on it actually work...

What I need the page to do is have every field required, and I need it so it will automatically email to an email address specified...

If anyone would be so kind as to help, I'd greatly appreciate it...

I could do it in perl in ten minutes, but you'd have to have sendmail installed.

And, being that you wanted ASP, it's probably windows, so - too bad.
