Anyone Who Purchased An AudioVox From Staples

Did you purchase an AudioVox Maestro through Staples? The reason I ask is that I've got a problem and I'm looking for a little help.

I purchased an AudioVox Maestro and sent everything in for the rebate. I just got notice from Staples Rebate Center that I sent the Serial Number Barcode instead of the UPC. They need me to fax them a copy of the UPC in order for them to process the rebate. Since I no longer have the box for the AudioVox Maestro, I have no UPC to fax them.

What I am looking for is someone who scanned the UPC for their records, and someone who would be willing to give me a copy of the UPC scan. If you can in any way help me out, it would be very much appreciated. I need to get this taken care of by the 27th of May or I loose the $50 rebate.

I already sent mines in, but maybe if you can find one in the stores and use that and then return it.

If your local staples does carry it, by all means go and scan the box. You don't even have to purchase it....they may even give you a free copy (worth $.06) at the self service copiers.
