I played this game religously for a couple of months when it first came out, and here's what I did to reach 72% complete in the game (that's about where I quit). Choose the car you have that you feel most comfortable with and has the best speed. Then, compete in the Speedway endurance race. It'll take around an hour to an hour and a half depending on the speed of you car. Once you win this race, you have a really good chance of getting the baseline F1 car. This car will win pretty much any race out there if you can drive good. It's fast as f!#* and the grip is unreal.

Before I quit playing, I had racked up almost 7,000 miles in racing, had about 70 cars in my garage, most weren't able to buy, 72% complete, and I currently still have almost $5,000,000 credits to spend if I wanted. Completed all of beginner circuit, almost all of intermediate with exception to 2 of the specialty car races, a couple of circuits in the professional series, all of the rally races (which you get the Suzuki Escudo, capable of 1881hp!), and 5 out of the 10 endurance races. Like I said, I played it often.

EDIT: I also had every license, including the S license. I also got this license for about 3 other friends, and got to where I was finishing some of the tests on the first try.

Where's the speedway endurance race? I'm going to go take a look, but I only have my Beginner and Amateur license. Maybe I'll have to work on the next one.

Edit: Ok, I see the endurance races now...I need my ia license though.

Think my Skyline or Viper will be able to handle it?

It's been about a year since I quit playing GT3, and I forgot about the license requirement. If don't remember what kinda cars they race you against, whether it's cars in the same class that you are using or if it is the modified race cars. Once you get your ia license, I would pick either of those two cars, test it out a few laps, and see if you plain getting your butt kicked. If so, quit the race.

If you can get your hands on the car I was talking about, you will own all other races.

The thing thst sticks out here is that you say you have about 7000 miles in racing. Well I have about 6500 miles in racing now. I have about $550,000 in my account but I am no where near where you have got to. I am two races away from the ib license though.
