Very very pissed at Olympus now. I have a 3030z camera from them btw.

The camera came with Camedia Master 2.0, I installed WinXP and the program hardly works, I check Olympus page and now there is a upgrade out, version 2.5.... but the bastards wants us to PAY FOR IT. I bought the damn camera and I want damn support.

So what I´m asking might be illegal, but does anyone have version 2.5 and cares to share?


btw.. Same thing happened when I bought my old Logitech mouse few years ago, it came only with drivers for Win95 and I was using WinNT. I emailed Logitech and they wanted me to buy drivers for NT from them, just just urggg. Luckily I managed to find the drivers on some page with lots of stuff for Alpha computers. But I got my drivers, then finaly they changed their idea of "support" and started releasing drivers for free.
 
I have a C2100uz but i never even installed any of the software, I just use a ZIO! smart media reader and photoshop if I need it.

that depends if your camera is a usb or a serial one, mine is a usb so I use camedia master.

Anyway, thanks for the replies I found the program after a google search (after reading through many many post of unhappy Olympus digital camera owners)

Olympus realy must fix this
