Anyone way to turn down the volume of a program with no volume control (relative to Winamp)?

I have a program (Ultimatebet.com) that has sounds imbedded in it (not wav files i can edit). When I listen to an MP3 that has low volume and turning the Winamp volume isn't enough, I of course have to turn up the main volume. However, doing this makes the Ultimatebet program extremely loud and I don't need to hear guys splashing the pot at supped up volumes. I could turn off sound in Ultimatebet, but they are kinda helpful for when I don't want to pay full attention to the game.

Unless the program provides a mean of control volume then your only option is the master or Wave volume controls via the Windows Mixer, there is not other way.

Alternatively, you can trry enabling Winamp's EQ and bumping up the preamp (farthest right slider) however you'll only be able to turn it up so far before you start to hear major distortion. This should allow you to turn down your main volume a bit making the game lower and making Winamp louder.
