Anyone watch the Elegant Universe on Nova?

Chaotic42

I bought the DVDs and it seems really interesting. It's a very well made documentary. It doesn't look cheesy and stupid like other physics documentaries.

I'm still not sure about string theory though.

I liked it

I happened upon it on the first day of string theory... went to physics lecture the next day and was told to watch the rest.

Well done stuff... how much were the DVDs?

$25. $19.99 + $5 s/h

Here's the Amazon.com link. I ordered it from WGBH and got it about a week ago. 😉

you could watch it free on the site .. its in MOV .. so you can save it, too.
How can you save it? I am using Quicktime Pro, and the Save as Source option is grayed out.

There was also a thread about the series a while back where someone posted the direct links to all the files. Here!
