Anyone watch the 17-minute Chevy HHR ad on Leno?

a big W-T-F! Chevy bought all the advertising time on leno tonight...to basically run a commercial for the HHR with a running plot involving people who made home-videos that advertised the words HHR in creative ways. The ad revolved around Andy dick and eventually gave a free car away.

I don't know whether it's better or worse than regular commercials. We don't usually watch live TV thanks to tivo but this was quite a trip.

Although, speaking of the HHR, TLC's Rides did one where they gave an HHR to Unique Customs, Year One, P. Teasers and Darkside to customize...that show was pretty cool. just wish they showed more detail.
 
the ad was split up into time slots just like normal commercials but altogether it was 17 minutes. The price had to be in the millions.
