if he owned the CD's, why would he want to swap MP3's? it's not legal to own MP3's unless you own the original CD/medium.

to make this allowable, you should be on the FS/FT forum, and you should be swapping the actual CD.

I wonder why the whole album was on there server in the first place... not sure if its possible, but hackers put it there?

argh......do you people know nothing? the hack brought greater publicity to the album and generally that creates more public interest. more public interest in turn leads to more sales, get it?

wasn't on kazaa, off of madonna.com
 
Sniff sniff... why not just go and download the other ones you want off kazaa or winmx (watch for share police), or dc++ or something else. I am sure there are some losers that have them.
