I cleaned up and fired up the quad-GPU cruncher. I decided that the fan noise wasn't too bad after all. I'm pretty sure it's the second card in. I think that the fan bearings went, when EVGA Precision 2.01 screwed up the fan speed and let the fan go from 100% (my setting) to the lowest setting, which caused my card to get to 105C before I noticed and shut it down.
The top card, which is generally the hottest, is 75C, the next card (with the bad fan) is 77C, the next card is 71, and the bottom card (an EVGA superclocked) is 73.
Unlike before, I am not overclocking the 9600GSOs.
I also have two desktop rigs running F@H, Q9300 @ 3.0 and a GTX460 1GB @ 820. I've installed a passcode into the SMP ones so that I get my proper PPD.
So altogether, that's 16K + 16K + 16K, roughly. Maybe 1-2K less, depending.
So I'm going to check my stats in two days, and see if I can crunch 45K PPD.
Then I'll get my electric bill at the start of the next month. I hope it's not over $150. It was $122, with only the Q6600 @ 3.6, and the two GTX460s @ 820.
