I'm sitting here struggling through a paper I'm writing on the "necessity of Act 5" in Cyrano de Bergerac. Of course, as I think more about the paper and start writing, I realize that Act 5 is not necessary, but that's besides the point.
Anyway, I figure a quote from some eminent literature person would make a half-decent introduction. I'd like to find a quote dealing with the conclusion and possibly structure of drama or possibly literature. It's be even greater if the quote had something to do with emotion.
I've been searching on google and going through various quote websites, but I can't find anything that I can make work. Most of the quote websites are reasonably small, and I can't find anything useful.
Thanks for your help!
(now if I can only get a title for this thing)
EDIT: BTW, I'm already looking forward to the sarcastic and/or random you guys (and ladies!) will give me.
