Anyone want to give a newbie some O/C tips?

I've seen a couple people here say they are using an ABit TH7II to overclock their P4 Northwood, and was wondering if anyone who has done this would take a few moments to steer me in the right direction for BIOS settings (yes I'm an O/C newbie).

First off, the hardware: Retail Intel P4 2.2ghz, Abit TH7II-RAID, 4 x 256MB Samsung RDRAM, WD 1200BB, GF3 ti500, Audigy MP3+, CoolerMaster alumninum case w/ 350W power supply, etc.

What's are some fairly conservative BIOS settings to try (for a start)? I guess I'm talking about:

CPU Operating Speed (currently 2200(100))
External Clock (currently 100MHz / 33.33Mhz)
Mulitplier Factor (currently x22)
AGPClk/CPUClk (currently 2/3 / 66.66Mhz)
Speed Error Hold (currently disabled)
CPU Power Supply (currently CPU default)
Core Voltage (it's whatever the default is)
RDRAM Bus Frequency (currently Auto)
Differential Current (currently 6x)

I have tried just increasing the External Clock, but can only get as high as 108 or so...how are you guys getting 133 and higher?

Thanks in advance!

I'm not too sure about RDRAM. I thought most of the peeps hitting 160 fsb and such were all using DDR. That could be the reason you can only hit 108. You may have to drop the multi a bit too and up your voltage. I think 1.6 - 1.65 volts is what they consider the max...but then again I'm an AMD freak...not a P4 nut...not that any of us are Nuts...lol...I would love a 1.6a NW.

They must be using RDRAM, because that's the only type of memory supported by the ABit TH7II.
