40k?!?!?! i'd kill to have that Altho, the interior is fugly IMO, so i'd have to spend another 40k in remodeling.

Looks like a good opportunity for a house flipper to get in there, put in about $20K worth of renovations, and then resell it for $80K. Maybe this should go in the Hot Deals forum instead
