CGN has beeb around I guess for ever, and has a ton of great games.

You need to register to down load upto 100mb, pay to get more, but there is a ton of great games under 100mg I find.

If these are abandonware then why not just get them someplace else without the 100mb limit?

These kind of things are always a legal grey area that the sites try to justify. Same old stuff that's been on ROM sites for years.
"You must own the original media", etc...
They say that if a game company contacts them, they will take them off the site. That's nice and all, but if they wanted to be 100% legit, they would contact the companies first and get permission then put the games up for download.
Like I said, it's the same piracy song and dance that's been done for years.
