Anyone wanna help me finish Resident Evil 5 on the hardest difficulty?

Kabob

Lifer
Last year I bought RE5 and played through it three times. I started off the hardest difficulty but I'd played too much and called it quits and traded the game. I just purchased it again the other day and I need some help finishing the game off on the hardest difficulty.

I'm on the part where you first meet Irving (trainyard area), need to get to the end.

Any of ye adept RE5 people want to help out?

Oh, this is on the 360 BTW.

I got to the first major fight (at the execution scene in the beginning) and basically threw in the towel. I'd like to try again but I would be pretty terrible.

I actually jumped on and beat the section I was on pretty easily but next I've got the section in the humvees...I don't think I'm even going to attempt it until I get a good teammate...

The secret to professional difficulty is magnums w/unlimited ammo. The flying bat boss guy dies in 4 or 5 shots with a fully upgraded magnum.

If you wanna give it another whirl dorkenstein let me know.

I have the game, and have been going through it with a friend who has all the good weapons and stuff. He really does all the work. If my character was upgraded more and I knew what I was doing, I'd help you out.

Its definitely a hard game so good luck dude!

The humvee level is by far the hardest. I did the rest with infinite weapons (mostly the rocket launcher) and it was pretty easy (and super cheesy). Since the infinite weapons don't help you on the humvee level, it can be pretty challenging . . . The boss is particularly griefy and I remember doing it with a random partner on Live and feeling extremely lucky that we got thru.

Yeah, I'm thinking it'll be the hardest level in the game. That and the fight with Wesker where you have to hit him with a rocket.

I don't remember the Wesker fight being particularly difficult, but it was a long time ago that I last did it.

The only other memorable hard mode boss fight was . . . I don't want to give any spoilers, but the one where you have to peel the jewel thingy off the person's chest. Another boss fight where infinite weapons doesn't help as much as it should. Oh and the part right before where you have to fight Wesker a bit can be griefy in one player if the CPU controlled partner decides to be an idiot and get killed in 2 seconds. Sometimes she fights back like a champ, and sometimes she decides she's going to allow herself to get trapped in a corner and reamed.
