Well, I'd rather buy boose AS a minor and get caught, then buy booze FOR a minor and get caught. Contributing to minors in Illinois is a HUGE fine. Knew a couple people that got slapped with $2,000 + fines for buying booze for their younger brothers and sisters for parties and such.

What I was *meaning* to say is - I'd rather get caught with a fake ID buying booze than getting caught as a 21+ year old buying booze for underage kids.

Fines aren't as harsh for using a fake ID when underage as they are for contributing to minors.

It would be better for you to get caught buying underage, than it would be for your sister getting caught buying FOR underage people.
