Where do you enter the I.P. Address? I always just click on Internet tab and get list of servers.

Click on the favorites tab, then right click where it would list the servers. There will be an option to add an (keep it in the list) IP or open an IP (won't save it in the list, just open it for now). Choose whichever one you want.
