Anyone using Vantec Thermoflow fans?

Getting ready to mount a slk-800 on my AMD 2500+ and deciding on a fan. I was looking for something quiet and while looking at the Vantec Stealth, I came across the Vantec Thermoflow.

Its a little louder (25.5dba vs 21dba) but the trade-off is that it kicks into high speed as the temp get hotter (37.5dba 3400rpm max)

Any thoughts or comments would be cool...

 
panfalos are EXCELLENT fans, only 4.95 at allelectroincs.com or maybe even a smart fan II? acessmicro has the smart fan II with cool mod for only $11 but shipping is steep unless you are ordereing more than one item
 
YS Tech Adjustable fan is also a possibility.

Panaflo L1A Vs. Vantec Stealth was a contested battle and still is however I believe that more people prefer the Panaflo.
