Sad to come back and open this one up, but . . .
I installed UltraVNC on another customer machine, remotely using pcAnywhere to do it, which I have done several times before. Now when I closed out of pcAnywhere to verify ultraVNC was working, I can't get in with either app. The modem seems to connect, but nothing happens at the customer end - can't connect to the VNC Server, can't get the pcAnywhere Host to start a session.
Now the customer is asking about uninstalling it, and . . . if it comes to that, how do you uninstall UltraVNC? I cant find how to do it . . .!!!???
