Anyone using RADIUS to secure Wireless?

I see that even SOHO routers/AP have an option to use RADIUS for authentication. Does that work with most common RADIUS servers (MS IAS/nix Livingston, etc.)?
 
IAS has a few wrinkles, but it will work with PEAP, and maybe EAP-TTLS. freeRADIUS works OK, Steel-belted RADIUS is OK, the mini-RADIUS in Cisco stand-alone APs works OK.
