Anyone using push gmail on their iphone?

I use imap and it does pretty well. I mean considering its a push system it should hardly affect battery life.

maybe it is because some apps like instant messenger apps need to keep it up when u get new messages so it might drains some juices

I've found imap to be more reliable. I don't care much about the notifications.

Ive been using the new Gmail exchange server for push and I like it a lot more than imap. Battery life does not seem to be affected.

Just put it on my phone, loving it so far! It seems to get emails faster than my actual gmail account does in most instances.
