Anyone using Powerman 300W power supply with Athlon 800?

Is anyone using the 300watt Powerman power supply with the Athlon 800?
Should this setup be ok:

Athlon 800
256 megs pc100 sdram
gigabyte 7ixe mobo
15 gig 7200 rpm system drive(maxtor)
Two 30 gig 7200 rpm drives for video(maxtor)
Matrox g400 32 meg
Matrox rt2000 capture card
soundblaster live
cdrom, floppy, etc..
Powerman 300w power supply

It's not on the list but the Powerman 250 is...possible that they haven't tested it yet but it should be fine.

All getting along happily with a Powerman 300. Can't remember the last time I ever saw a BSOD or a lockup.
