Just wanted to check and see. I bought it last year and dumped it into the closet after 2 weeks. It was a nightmare. I remember an almost 15 page thread at DSLReports.com where people posted all their problems but couldn't find it now. I'll look into it. So anyone else have this router? Sad thing is, at the time when I tried sending it back to Linksys for another model (didn't care what... I told them I would pay the difference and they can send me another model) but they kept blaming my computer, ISP, and bunch of other stuff. And here I thought Linksys was going to be all cool after Cisco bought them. So is Linksys still denying this problem? And anyone got a fix?

Edit: Aha, found the thread: http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,7069184~mode=flat~days=9999

Wow... it's 27 pages now :Q Crazy... I can't believe Linksys didn't offer a credit for this piece of crap.

I've had mine for about 6 months now with no problems. It worked flawlessly out of the box and other than the initial setup I haven't touched it. I use both the wireless and wired connections BTW.

Did you play with the settings? Most people have issues after they play with WEP settings and etc. (a.k.a. did you change any security settings?)

nope. that's the issue 99% of the people are getting. you either have to disable all security measures or you can't do anything. sad thing is, linksys won't replace it with a working product

Have had mine for a few weeks and running (wired, not wireless) as initally installed with no adjustments made to it. Scary to read that link with all those problems.
