My friend has a incredimail program on my her computer and i strongly believe that it eats a lot of system resources and causes the computer runs real slow. I m trying to prove her that it's the incredimial software that causes some problem. She doesn't believe at all and I understand that she loves it a lot.

So I need to know if it's fact or not... Help me out. So i can figure what's wrong with her computer cuz i really want to remove incredimail and test it. She refuses allow me.

I get a bit pi$$ed off when I receive them due to the large increase in file sizes...or it seems that way at least ;)

Incredimail actually gets really good reviews from users and software websites like CNet and Tucows, so it's not a bad program. I think all of the 3D effects do take up some resources though. Perhaps you can help her upgrade her system, since it's obviously not fast enough to run a pretty email client.

Just make sure that she isn't constantly running Incredimail in the background. I check my email a lot, but I don't like having my email client open all the time so I downloaded a little program called PopTray. It sits in the system tray and checks my email every minute. A little pop up bubble appears when I get email. Double clicking on the tray icon opens up my email client.

tell her to hit CTRL + ALT + DELETE, if it uses resouces, as you say, then it will show. if she doesn't think it's the problem, then let her deal with her ass slow computer.

I used it awhile back and don't remember it slowing anything down. How about some specs on the system that is having trouble.
