Anyone using Burlington Telecom?

FYI Burlington Vermont was so unhappy with the cable and telephone company the city built their own fiberoptic network.

I was reading that Burlington Telecom wants to expand to the rest of Vermont. The prices seem the same as Comcast, but Burlington gives you a lot more HD channels. Though their internet speed is 8 mb down, same as Comcast(without the Power Boost feature), they also give you 8 mb up.

Anyone have any experience with them?

kinda wish more towns would do this, might make the rest of the cable industry provide better service.

And no, i don't have any experience with them, just wish there was something like them in my neck of the woods.

I wish I could say that I used the service, unfortunetly their servicable area is incredibly tiny.

The actual "city" of Burlington is super small, most of the population comes from the little suberbs all around. I live in Shelburne VT now and nothing anywhere near this is available by me.
