Pros:
Very efficient - 80 Plus Certified
Modular (a pro for me anyways) with lots of cables
All Japanese made caps
Comes with 6 and 8 pin PCI-e connectors
Made by Channel Well (I think think this is a pro)
Fairly new to the market, but available at many stores in the US including Newegg
Relatively inexpensive right now
Lifetime Warranty

It even maintains power to the USB when the PSU is off allowing one to charge their daughter's Sansa MP3 player overnight without having to leave the PC running. :)

This one looks very good - especially at this price

Anandtech PSU round-up from Feb 08

I'm curious if anyone is using one yet.

Never used them but it's my understanding that they are CWT oem units and that's a good name. CWT also build Corsair and Thermaltake PSUs and they have a deservedly good reputation around here. I'm running a Corsair HX-520 myself and the unit pictured looks very similar to it. The Corsair is great - modular cables, zero problems and whisper quiet operation. I'd guess that the Xigmatek unit would perform similarly.
