I need a tv tuner with remote but I'm wondering if the remotes that tuners ship with have controls for shutting down the pc or opening the tv app. Does the PVR 150 remote do anything besides just controlling the hauppage apps? Are there any customizable buttons? What about universal remotes, anyone successfully integrated the features of a hauppage remote into a universal remote?
All I really need is a button to shut the pc down because I watch tv before I go to sleep a lot and I don't want to get up and shut the comp off.
Also, how's the quality of the PVR 150? I realize analog tv is limited but how does it compare to something with a ati theater 550 chip?
