Anyone using a V3 with a Iwill KK266, mine keeps getting assigned IRQ10, anyone else with this problem?

My Iwill keeps assigning my V3 to IRQ10 and its causing irq problems. Anyone else with their video card being assigned IRQ10 with an Iwill KK266?
