If so, on what motherboard and with what OS?
I bought one and it installed fine on an older ASUS P4B266 running WinXP PRO SP2.
Today, I tried to install one on a EPOX 9NPA+ULTRA also running WinXP PRO SP2 but I could never get Windows to recognize the reader.
