Anyone using a Abit IT7 MAx 2 rev2 mobo..any cold boot or radeon 9700 issues

Hi...I am looking for a good 845PE board with as few issues with cold booting as possible...Gigabyte board looks good ...not alot of issues reported but I need fw support and it lacks this

IT7 Max2 rev2 has fw but only 4 pci slots...any issue with it...cold boot radeon 9700 problems etc...

I fixed the cold boot problem on my IT7 by setting "DRAM Ratio H/W Strap" to "By CPU". Any other setting for this one will cause cold boot on my system. Don't know if this will help?

Check here to see if Radeon 9700 is compatible with your motherboard.
