you're pushing the upper limits of tccd with 3.0 volts

it should be okay but be sure to put a fan over those modules...

have you also tried less volts? sometimes they do well with less

It will have a short life if you don't get a fan blowing over those sticks

I'm @ 3.2 volts on my Ram, sure its not TCCD but its fine so far. When they say 'shorten its life' it really means kicking along for 5years opposed to 10 and if your like me, who keeps a comp for 5years? :)

Exactly!! Not much that you can do with a Pentium 233MHz and PC100 Sdram....Fine for dialup internet and some light office work.

what about the life time warranty, i'm quite sure mushkin covers overclocking, so they probably gonna replace it if it fries right???

If you push the VDIMM past Mushkin's specs, there is no warranty. If you want to push it higher than that, be responsible if you fry it..... That is just the breaks in this hobby..... ;)

There is a small memory chip in the PCB that stores a record of the VDIMM upon failure of the RAM. Mushkin RMA test labs can read the stored failure data using state-of-the-art equipment.....

EDIT: I found a link to the equipment that Mushkin uses to detect RMA fraud HERE .....
