Anyone used/using ty 143 fans on their heatsink?

Are these noisy or what? I gather at 2500 rpm they will be noisy that's a given but how are they under typical usage?

Im thinking about putting them on my D14, i would like PWM fans and two noctua A15s are £34!! But two of the ty 143's can be had for £13. Much more manageable price.
 
They will be quiet at the minimum 600 RPM but I have no idea where the load RPM would end up when using the quietest available fan profile. I suppose that will depend also on the motherboard.
 
Yeah, that worries me. Think ill go with the safer ty 141's no matter the mobo they cant be too loud at 1300rpm.

Shame they dont come in a better color.
