Anyone used the SkyPe Out option???

so I am about to buy credits for (10 EUR, about $ 12) SkyPe Out. You know the option of SkyPe that allows you to call normal phones and mobiles. However I don't have any friends that actually use this paid option and I was wondereing if it is any good. I mean does the sound have a good quality? Is there a big delay? IS IT WORTH IT???

Anyone any experience with that thing??

The quality is very good. I call my sister in SoCal with it occasionally and it sounds pretty good.
