Does it work with Fire Stick or Chromecast and is there any lag?
TIA

I had it awhile back when it first came out. They sent me a free Chromecast and I didn't notice much lag. Not sure it works with the Firestick though.

You Tube TV and Disney+ run through the Firestick Does not seem like there is a lag.

We switched from Vue to YTTV when they announced the end of the service. I currently use a Firestick 4k on our VIzio tv since it lacks a built-in D+ app. The biggest issue I have with YTTV is that it drops resolution at times and will be at 240p. I don't get that with the built-in Vizio app or the built-in ones on the LG tvs. The Xbox One X also seems to handle the apps better than the Firestick, but it also has a lot more processing power.

I didn’t use my fire stick for a long time however I did notice the fire stick got really hot and it definitely didn’t steam as good as the Roku “puck”.
Fire stick felt like it buffered much more often and had freezes or weird screen effects. Roku puck does that like once a season at most.
Overall I did not like the fire tv stick.

Before anyone asks, the fire tv stick was much closer to the WiFi access point than the Roku.

I'm on my second Fire TV Sticks and both of them like to buffer, freeze up and crash out of apps. My daughter has a Roku and she has zero problems with it, even though it's across the house from the router while the Fire TV Stick is only about 3 feet away from it.
