Anyone use WinDVD 2000 in 4 channel mode with an AOpen AW744Pro (Yamaha YMF-744 chipset) soundcard?

Anyone use WinDVD 2000 in 4 channel mode with an AOpen AW744Pro (Yamaha YMF-744 chipset) soundcard?

Does it work? WinDVDs website says it only support SPDIF passthrough with this card. Seems a little odd...not even 2 channel analog is listed as supported...doesn't seem quite right to me....

My SBLive! Value is listed as 4 channel only...and I'm using it in 2 channel mode now...so I don't know how accurate that list is....

nori, i'm almost certain it'll work in 4 channel multichannel mode...even if working consists in outputting 4 channels without dolby virtualization
