Anyone use verizon for email?

Quick question, i can't remember the outgoing settings for verizon, and i cant use my school account because it's so damn slow.

So i need the outgoing (SMPT) server information. I know the incoming is "incoming.verizon.net," but i can't remember the other one 🙁

Any help please?
 
sweet thanks. That's actually what i've been using but i just realized it needs auth to send out mail, so i filled it out. Thanks for the help anyways crab
