Anyone use Turo to rent cars? It’s a good way to try out interesting cars that you might not otherwise get to drive.
I drive a lot for work and so far have rented an S2000, Shelby GT500, Scion FRS, and 1990 Skyline GTR. All but the GTR were under $100 for a 24 hour rental. Not bad for a manual transmission sports car, certainly much lower than an exotic rental company.
Hagerty’s Driveshare is a similar service that focuses on classics. There’s a ‘66 Porsche 911 that I’ve got my eye on… wouldn’t mind having that for a day.
