Anyone use these affiliate programs?

So I have a website that gets a decent amount of traffic, and I'd like to add some kind of an affiliate program to it that targets some specific products. I was looking around and found 2 that seem to be the biggest ones, clickbank and paydotcom, along with 8 million people claiming you can make bazillions of dollars while sitting on your ass at home. I have no illusions of that being true obviously, but are these sites legit? Do they pay out what they claim to without problems? Anybody have success with them?
