Anyone use the MSI MPC 51PV SFF (Socket AM2)?

I'm getting ready to purchase a system for my gf for christmas and I'm stuck between building one or buying one from Dell. She's seen a few SFF systems and likes them because of their size; the catch is, they're kinda expensive. On the flipside, Dell is always an option because they tend to bundle things that usually get left out when you build your own... plus it feels "newer"... but it's not an SFF and it's a "Dell".

I'm trying to keep the costs to about $450 and finding a SFF that has growth potential in that price range is tough. Eventually, I found the MSI MPC 51PV SFF that supports the AMD AM2 socket.
Now before I get the C2D rants, hear this - I would love to get her a C2D but there are no C2D's that are less than $100. Price is the MAIN reason why it isn't considered. As an (somber) AMD fanboy, I recognize the superiority of the C2D but I can't afford it.

So, the question: Has anyone ever used this SFF before? I expect to put a A64 3500+ with 1GB RAM and use the on-board video temporarily. She's going to use it mainly for The Sims 2 and video editing

That's an attractive little system with a great price. Makes me curious as well... curious as to how quiet it is and whether it will overclock. Included card reader and wireless mini PCI card are nice touches. PSU is a bit light at 260W when even Shuttle has more powerful ones. It should run system just fine, but probably not with a power hungry card like most better ATI cards or the Nvidia 8800 series.
