I am just got it with the Delta Fan and it kicks ass my duron with 1.85 volts doesn't get any hotter then 104 F
My old heatsink was comfortable around 124-135 F. Its only problem is that it is the niosiest Damn thing around.

I don't know what some of you are talking about. Here's a quote from the Hardocp review:

<< From what we have seen here today, the Hedgehog will be THE heatsink to have with a low-noise 4500 or 5000 RPM fan that is moving at least 28CFM. While the price is not going to be as low as the budget or midlevel coolers, I think many of you guys will be interested in one. It is just badass having a solid copper heatsink anyway. >>

How does this imply that this cooler sucks?

I can't find the link right now, but there was another review putting the Hedgehog against the Alpha, and the Alpha performed better due to it having more pins than the Hedgehog. I will post the link if I find it.

EDIT: Hedgehog meets Alpha Review

EDIT: I am adding this from my reply to another post:

I really cannot put much faith in reviews. One comes up with different results than the others. I go by personal experience, and from testing on many T-Bird/Duron systems that I build. So far out of the FOP38, Arctic Cooler, and Alpha, the winner for me has been the Alpha. I have steered clear of the Hedgehog due to Plycon not accepting returns on them being damaged in shipping because of how soft copper is, and easy to damage or scratch. Even Kyle at HardOCP stated the fact in one of his news pages a few weeks ago warning people how installing/uninstalling the Hedgehog too much damages it.
