Hi! Saw one of them at the mall and was itching to buy one! My only drawback though is that the sensor is inserted between the cpu and the socket with wires in between. Are there any bad sides to thi? The wires are pretty thin but i dont want to risk it if the chances are high! Many thanks for your feedbacks AT's!

If your talking about a thermal take Volcano 7, I would avoid it. I have used a variety of thermal take heatsinks, and all have one thing in common, they are lousy.

Try a ThermalRIGHT heatsink, much better.

Hardcano7 is a panel which you put in your drive bays, it shows CPU temps, and other things.

Never used it.

I have a hardcano 5. It has the same temp sensor, hdd fan, and LCD screen, just no ports. I have the wires running right thru the pins, and of course i have my HSF securely on the CPU, I've noticed zero problems with the installation so far, and I've had it this way for a few months.
