anyone use Taiyo Yuden CD or DVD discs?

I bought my Taiyo Yuden DVD-Rs from Rima.com. They're great! And TY is second to none. You want the best, TY is the best. 😉

Yep, I use their CD-Rs and DVD-Rs exclusively. Tried one spindle of Riteks after reading about how everybody loves them, but they didn't come close to TY burn quality. If it's worth burning, you might as well spend a few extra cents for quality that's going to last.

I also recommend Rima. I've heard mixed reviews of some of the other online places, but RIMA is always fast and I've never had a problem with an order.

does TY have different grades, like Ritek - A, B, C? Or all they all just good? I'm willing to pay more for quality stuff. I'm getting sick of coasters 🙁

All TY stuff is top notch, grade A+++ stuff.

I use Fujifilm CD-Rs made by TY (look for Made in Japan on the label) for all my important burning. But they aren't plain printable labels.
