Anyone use "synch" type software from palm to..

Outlook? I need something to synch my palm to outlook and wondered what you guys use?

I use the software that came with my palm.....go figure???

I dont own a palm......I have no idea what software comes with it.....would it be to much to ask? I am doing this for an employee out in CA.......If you dont mind, does palm ship with a cradle and software to synch it to outlook? She tells me "I want to synch to Outlook, do they have software to do this? What is the best software to use?" Thats why I am asking, I am assuming that she doesnt already have the software.

During the install, it will ask you if you want to sync with oulook and then ask what version....
