my receipt has the following:

service points earned: 1
Service points redeemed: 0
Service points remaining: 2

What are Service points? (the lady who cut my hair and rang me up had no clue what they were.)
 
i consistently get terrible haircuts everytime i have been forced by lack of alternatives to get a cut there.
