after i saw this thread it got me thinking... i've always wanted to have my own website... just to be able to test some programming things, play around with some javascript, php, mysql etc but it always seemed too expensive just for fun...

anyway this seems pretty solid... $6.5/mo for a 2 year plan and no setup fees... seems solid... the specs are amazing too... 50gb webspace... 750GB bandwitdth....

they say the domain is free for 1 year... what happens after that? is it a monthly or yearly fee?

should i do this? i don't wanna get ripped off but this seems like a pretty damn good deal!!

yeah, sure... but does that necessarily mean that its unreliable and no good?

i don't believe anything i read on a company's website but if they've really been 10 years in the business they can't be that bad now can they?

anyone actually have any experience with them?
