Anyone use Startech thermal grease?

I gots a small tube of Startech SILVGREASE1 and was wondering whether I should use it or just send it with my next eBay order then get Artic Silver 5 instead. Or, is the difference negligeable?

I haven't done this yet, but I was thinking of getting a another heatsink for the X700 Pro I ordered since I read the Connect 3D X700 Pro had a flimsy heatsink. (Yeah, I know the 6600 GT is more powerful but I really wanted to try ATI for the first time. I read they had very good picture quality for videos.) Anyway, I also read the heatsink on the chipset of the Asus K8N4-E Deluxe I ordered doesn't have a good chipset heatsink as well.

So, for those two items, is it difficult to remove the heatsinks? I also ordered an Athlon 64 and since I already have a socket A, I'm used to the exposed core in the middle. How much thermal grease are you supposed to put? Is it just the ordinary tiny pea sized amount or just kind of blob the whole thing?

Well, the web site I saw only has Arctic or Startech and I already have some Startech. Oh well, maybe I'll just pack it in the box I sell my eBay stuff in.
