Anyone use SkypeIn?

I have several SkypeIn numbers for different purposes. The main appeal is you get a real phone number and unlimited incoming calls for under $40/yr. If you want to test out the quality give me a call sometime at 503-608-7680. The voicemail greeting is my wife's voice.

My only gripe is some calls are transferred to voicemail instead of ringing through. I'll be online and available but the call goes straight through to voicemail? I wish I could figure that out.

Whatever it is, it's annoying! It could be something on my end but I'm not sure what.
