More specificly on a IMB 75GPX 45gig? I know they ren't suppose to be used on 7200 drives but if the heat isn't too bad I would use one. I'm also considering getting one of their Quiet 300w PS. Any thoughts welcome.

Im using one but i had to make severe modifications (80mm blowling over CPU HS mounted on Silent drive), lucky my qauntum KX is one 7200 HD that produces little heat, but from experance with later 7200 drives like the maxtor 40 plus drive and IBM GPX running freely in a case they get a little warm, where my KX would be ice cold...so i guess i could sorta get away with putting this drive in one but only after making mods to it. Before mods inside that air tight case it was like toasting in there, started corupting data, and who knows what else long term effect damaged the drive. So my point is my KX ran ice cold without the Silentdrive, as newer faster 7200 drives these days do get warm some hot even needing a HD cooler, my kx toasted in there without modification so imagine what would happen to a later 7200 drive.

Also for PS i would highly recommend Enermax, there about just as quiet and it pulls alot of air out of your case quietly with 2 fans. From the looks of it there PS look kinda cheaply made with those stamped grills.

You have some great stuff GiZzo, but there is one thing I don't know about, which I've seen on all site for Panaflos. Bare wire? I need to connect this fan to my motherboard (3-pin). What do I have to do to fit it? P.S. I'm interested in the Panaflo FBA09A12M, but Sleeve-Hydro? What is that, I've heard of ball, sleeve, but... If you can't tell, I'm knew to this fan stuff (just replaced my first PS, Heatsink/fan, and Motherboard in the past month)

If your gonna add a lot of fans or maybe add more in the future its probably best to just use a fanbus.

^ They have it with 3pin connector.

About the hydro-sleeve bearing, im pretty sure is what they call "Sintered Sleeve Bearing" where the name Sintec comes from with extemely quiet Papst fans. Well what it is...lol well im too tired to explain but heres a page that explains it well:

It results in a fan that has a longer life span then ball-bearing fans and much quieter operation
