Anyone use Radeonator? Need help here

Alright so I have a Radeon 9700 Pro. When I use this software, I can push up the frequencies to 350/337 no problems at all. Anything after that seems to be pretty unstable.
My questions:

1. Has anyone used this software with really successful overclocks?
2. In my 8RDA+ BIOS, could I up the AGP frequency higher than 66MHz to overclock as well, or should I stick with the 66MHz it's at right now?
3. In my BIOS, would upping the AGP voltage higher than the default help overclock the card?
4. Risks?
